Congenital diaphragmatic hernia（CDH）， which often presents in the newborn or childhood with severe respiratory distress and high mortality， is rarely found in adult， especially for those uncommon right CDH. Whereas， liver as the main hernial content has been reported only in 2 cases throughout the world. Here we present a case of a right-sided congenital diaphragmatic hernia of liver in a 46-year-old woman.
